I liked that the reception was friendly. The whole staff was obliging. Light & warm unit with lovely books, good breakfast, for instance. Lots of options, fresh food. Perfect location to base sous-marine de bordeaux.

Immensely pleasant staff and very comfy beds, PEACEFUL setting. I got free upgrade and liked it. Fairly clean and functional hotel in Bordeaux-Lac district. Efficient reception. What's more, the parking on-site was a nice bonus.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Everything was perfectly fine, but we stayed for 1 night only. We loved the hotel and superb decor, it was a comfortable experience. Ideal location of the venue, with exceptionally good view. Spacious bedroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Pool was heated too.

all in all, it was great place for travelling to bordeaux. rooms are calm with pleasant views. the bar staff does a fabulous job.

A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Courtepaille that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The beds were nice in our room.
